Requesting approval from your boss, client, or legal department can be a hassle – cue lost emails, missed launch deadlines, and an overall mess. That’s why AdEspresso decided to tackle the problem head-on with a fully integrated Campaign Approval process. Depending on your subscription level, you can enable the white-label option to brand your request and the mandatory campaign approval feature to customize it even further.
After you create your campaign, you can choose to request approval from anyone – even if they don’t have an AdEspresso account! Send them an email via the on-screen guide, or paste the direct link into your favorite chat tool and they’ll be able to review all the settings in one place and approve or reject your campaign.
Should your campaign need changes, AdEspresso will alert you via email and with an in-app notification, giving you the chance to make your final edits and publish your campaign.
With the new Onboarding Request feature, life is much easier for anyone who needs to receive permission for Ad Accounts, Facebook Pages, or CRMs from a third party.
First, customize a message for the user you want to connect and select your Business Manager. Make this request completely white-label by adding your logo, and your company and requester name. If you wish to request access to their CRMs you can do that as well. Finally, click save and you’ll be able to either send the user an email or copy the link to the onboarding flow to send them personally.
Once the user clicks on the link, they’ll be guided through a straightforward step by step flow to get them connected. Customers will be able to pick what Pages and Ad Accounts they want you to manage, and if applicable, connect their CRMs so you can create custom audiences for them. Yep, you read that right. You no longer need to ask them for usernames and passwords to access their precious mailing list!
Looking for a way to include your coworkers or team members (local or global) into AdEspresso while retaining control over which ad accounts they can use or see? With AdEspresso, collaborating across the globe has never been easier.
You can add employees, coworkers or even clients to your AdEspresso account – once added, you can choose to grant them either analytics or management permission to each of your Ad Accounts.
In addition to being able to prevent campaign mishaps, you can also rest easy knowing that each account has a unique login that isn’t shared by the entire company. You can add or remove any account or update ad account permissions at any time should you need it.
