#1 You need a lead magnet
Put some free content in front of prospective clients that demonstrate your expertise and defines the lighthouse of what you stand for.
#2 You Need a Strategy Assessment
Collect the goals, content, targeting of your potential client.
By qualifying people properly in this phase you can determine if they will be a valuable future ambassador of your work.
But, remember, NEVER give your time away for free.

#3 Bundle What You Know into a course:
A course is your checklist and repertoire of tasks that show exactly what you offer to do as a package as opposed to the norm of month-to-month hourly consulting.
Use this to indicate what you plan to do to deliver certain client goals (ex: leads, cost per sale, ROAS etc.)
Let’s use Ashley Furniture –the number 1 furniture store on this planet–as an example.
We have a set list of tasks that we execute and we charge by performance. They are a lighthouse client of ours since we have cut marketing costs and increased their ROI (return on investment). That is how you make more money.
For example, we recently brought on a new Ashley Furniture licensee and they were not receiving any real data from their current digital marketing team.

Client contract template that varies depending on the scope of work.
to streamline appropriate access to all social and search accounts.
When that is in place, you can sit back, relax, and start to track your work with a “success tracker” which contains – what you are doing, what you are going to do next and dependencies from the client.
The document can be extensive but extremely useful!
Pro Tip: A frequently updated Success Tracker will pre-empt client questions and save your time that would be otherwise wrapped up in meetings.
#7 Build your business through people for people.
Outsource your tedious tasks to young adults and virtual assistants.
It is the best investment for your company. They provide the most value and you can’t scale your business unless you delegate out the tedious.
#Do, Delegate, Delete.
#8 Connect with your clients
Grow a rapport with your clients using frequent “attaboys” and build up your relationship account balance so when an “oops” happens, and trust me, it will, your account won’t go in the negative!
Interview your happy clients! Put them on stage and they will do the marketing work for you and become your very own brand ambassadors!
